Basuh telur, bersihkan dari najis, pastikan tidak retak
Bancuh garam 200 gm dalam air suam 500 ml ( utk 3 biji telur sahaja)
Masukkan telur ke dalam larutan di atas dan tutup bekas, biarkan selama 12 hari
